Laramie County is located in the southeast corner of Wyoming and shares a border with Nebraska to the east and Colorado to the south. Please register now to view permit activity or schedule inspections online. To register click the “Sign Up” button in the top right corner of this screen and follow the instructions. You will receive an email from noreply@smartgovcommunity.com (If it is not in your inbox check your junk/spam folder) within 30 minutes. Once you've verified the account. Please log out and “Log In” back into your account to start your application(s). After you register, call (307)-633-4303 to get your ACCESS CODE to view your permits and/or schedule inspections.
Once you have registered and entered an ACCESS CODE, you will have the ability to:

Public Works – Roadways
Permitting for Public Works relates to the County roads and includes permits for Oversize/Overweight, Utility, Access, and Right-of-Way. For contacts and other information, click here to visit our page. Please note regular office hours for Public Works are Monday through Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm (MST).
Please be advised that building permits are the asset of the property owner. As a contractor, you are applying for a permit on behalf of the property owner. As the owner of the permit, they hold authority to cancel, renew or assign a new contractor to the permit. Any refund requests by the owner of the permit will be dispersed to the party and/or account who made the initial payment and will be in accordance with adopted building code. Any dispute regarding who will ultimately recoup those funds is strictly a civil matter between the property owner and the contractor. This office will not be involved in any such dispute.
